Local restores will continue to function, but cloud data may appear outdated until the incident is resolved. At this time, any new schedules or configuration changes may not be applied to units, and Restore Browser may not display recent data. We are seeing recovery across our SMS and MMS delivery reports (DLR) metrics, including our SMS and MMS traffic from network subscribers to a subset of Twilio phone numbers in Australia. To confirm the issue is fully resolved, Twilio will continue to have extended monitoring and run verification tests through this week into early next week. We’ll provide a final confirmation once those checks are complete. We will provide another update in 24 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
